TravellingToLisbon began in 2006, born out of a personal passion and a single self-catering flat in the historic centre. What started as a side project quickly became the leading short-term rental company in Lisbon, based on a simple idea: what if travellers could truly experience Lisbon like locals, rather than just visiting?
Founded by people who fell in love with the everyday magic of Lisbon, we believed that truly experiencing the city meant living like a local, with the comfort, pace and charm that true Lisboners know.
Today, we remain true to that vision: welcoming each guest with the same attention to detail and to the city, providing not just a place to stay, but a way to experience Lisbon in a genuine way.
