Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
More than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the booking amount.
30 days or less before the arrival date: No refund will be given.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the booking before the end of their stay.
In case the accommodation cannot be occupied due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the company reserves the right to substitute the original accommodation with another of the same or superior characteristics, at no additional cost to the client.
